Topic: “How my Positive Outlook Benefits my Community “

Who: Youth under the age of 18 as of December 31 of the current school year (December 31, 2011) who have not yet graduated from high school or the equivalent. The Bloomington club contest is open to students who live in Bloomington or Edina.

Prizes: The Bloomington Club contest 1st place winner will receive $100 cash and move on for a chance to win college scholarships in district and international competition.

How To Enter: Interested students need to submit an essay (700 to 800 words) on the pre-assigned topic (see above) on or before February 17, 2012.
